When can I expect to receive my order/s?
Orders, once completely processed are shipped daily except on major holidays. Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order, but can even be earlier, as fast as 7 days depending on your location!
It’s past 3 weeks and my package has not yet arrived, help!
If your package is lost in transit, we will do all we can to assist you to recover it. Do reach us at email@example.com and our customer service representatives will try their best to help you out.
How do I track my shipping?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number. You may track your order HERE, so sit back and relax ‘cause your order is on its way to you!
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees may vary depending on where you and your items’ merchants are located. You will be able to see your order’s shipping rate when you checkout.
What about duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of your home country. Charges are not always incurred; however, duties or taxes are assessed based on the value of your order and the taxable threshold for the destination country. We are not able to determine these fees as they differ in each country. Payment of any duties or import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient; these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
In any case, you may opt to contact your local customs office for any clarification. You still may be subjected to duties and taxes at the Customs in the event your parcel is being withheld there. Do let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org should this happen, and we'll assist you as far as we can!
How do I make a purchase?
We accept payments using Credit/Debit card or Paypal, and as promised, shopping with us is super easy!
- Just click on any item you want to review the details
- Select you choice of color, size, etc. if applicable, and click on 'Add To Cart'.
- You will then be directed to you Shopping Cart Summary or a cart drawer will slide out from the right side of your screen. Here, you can choose to continue browsing for more items or proceed with your payment. If you wish to add more products on your cart, simply repeat steps 1 and 2
- Click on 'Rush My Order' once you're completely satisfied with your order to proceed to checkout, or click on the Paypal Express button to make express purchase using your Paypal account. The Paypal button is available at the cart page and checkout page.
- Make sure to confirm your mailing address and phone number so we can include it on the delivery notice, so the postman can reach you just in case you're not home when your package arrives.
- Proceed with your payment using Credit/Debit card or Paypal, and click "Complete Order" to finally make the purchase.
What about product warranty?
We offer a no questions asked return policy of 30 days right after you have received your purchase! For more information do kindly read our Returns policy here!
The style/size/color I want is out of stock! When will you be restocking?
Pears & Peaches offers products from various participating merchants so we cannot really say when the items will be back again. But you can always let us know if there are certain products that you want and we'll be more than happy to double check for you!
How do I return my purchase?
